oh dear,
i supposed my days in sentosa might be coming to an end soon!!
provided i manage to find a job.
our in-charge will be transferred out and up to IOS,
thats a terrible news for us ...
just in case you've no idea as to how close we're to her [in-charge],
i'm going to give u a rough idea.
we always call our her 'MA MA LING'
we agreed that this nickname suits her best because we feel 'the motherly love' from her ((:
she taught us alot of things ...
her way of coaching is completely diff from others.
we love doing it her way ...
no matter what, she'll never scold us.
however she will just nag with a smile ((:
she's always getting us some stuff after each overseas trip,
she used to buy tibits and share with us too!
Because of her,
she had lotsa fun together as a grp in palawan,
i always believe that she can livens up everybody's mood.
besides, she always trust us and same goes for us too.
we'll always share with her everything about our personal life/work issue.
she's always there to listen and help out in giving advice.
she's not someone who express herself well
but all of us know that she don;t bear to leave us too ((:
without her around,
no one will be that hardworkin anymore.
none of us is willing to work however we can't do that.
hence we still got to stick around and do what we're supposed to do.
i'm glad she know everyone is hardworking because of her.
and she knows for sure our morale will be greatly affected!
not only that,
'MA MA LING' is also someone i truly respect.
she trusted me enough to let me run the shop when she's not around,
and gave me the authority to look after the staff even though i was only a part-timer.
no other in-charge ever give such a chance before,
or rather they don't trust me enough.
tears filled carolyn & my eyes today,
we just can't help it.
like i said before,
if ma ma ling don't ever needs my help again,
i'll just leave.
well, hope i'll have a better job! ((:
