T and i made our way down to Fullerton for the much anticipated dim sum!
The spread there is much more awesome than the one we had at Goodwood Park!
Just the title of those dim sum makes me drool!
Imagine foie gras and truffles? Don't you love it?!
The menu is IMPRESSIVE and they even served main dishes & soup!

Crispy prawn with wasabi mayo!
it's crispy enough but i can't take the wasabi!




Steamed Abalone siew mai!
those tiny abalone look really cute!



Steamed Xiao Long Bao with Foie Gras
Everything is almost perfect for this, one of my favourites!



Roasted Pork Belly with Five Spice
T ordered this but i think it taste rather normal?



Steamed Squid with Coriander
i know the look of it may be disgusting but it taste absolutely yummy! Worth giving it a try! ;)

This is good but it's not as fantastic as the one in Cathay (:


Deep Fried Golden Cheese Ball (Chef's Recommendation) & Deep Fried Prawn Dumpling!
the deep fried cheese ball is an interesting concept for dim sum!


Fried Chicken With Dried Chili
not a fan of this dish and neither is it spicy at all.




Steamed Chicken Feet
this is tender enough for you to bite (:



Congee with Dried Scallop
it look plain and taste kind of plain too (:



Braised Sharks Fin with Truffles and Crabmeat with Chicken Broth.
one must definitely try this! It's definitely not like those watery kind of sharks fin you get at other places!



Fried Bee Hoon In HongKong Style
rest assured that the above does not taste like any bee hoon stalls in the market! (:



Oh dear, i forgot the name of this dish!
but it is absolutely refreshing! I'm a dim sum lover and i'm sure you can't find this dish anywhere else in sg! ;)



Sweet and Sour Chicken
this is another one of my favourites! The chicken is amazingly tender! :D

Thank god all the dim sum came in the servings of two hence we did not over-ate!
I wish i can go back for another round this weekend, but no.
I need to assert some self-control badly! :c

On a lighter note,
I'll be flying off to Bangkok in early april with T!!!
Followed by a Phuket trip in early May!

I think i deserved it (:
